Municipal Election BS

Many people are wondering why I am not running in the 2014 election; well there are a number of factors, one obvious issue is time. it also takes an immense amount of mental and physical work that at the end of the day leaves a man drained even though its always a lot of fun and I enjoy every minute of it. Everyone on the campaign trail has always gotten along great and treated each other with respect, so in some ways I miss the interaction with a great group of people as well as the interesting interaction with the public.

One of the main reasons I was running was to raise issues that otherwise wouldn't be raised, and to have a voice of the common man among these corporate minded prepicked pricks, [no offense Peter]. I am happy to see the 2014 municipal election has no shortage of the common man and local grass roots representation, which is another reason I choose to bow out for now; to let others give em the old "whatfore"! go get em guys! raise those issues, think out side of the corporate box, ask the tough questions.  Unfortunately the elections prejudice the common man, favoring the corporate backed puppets of government and corporations. Having gone through a number of elections and public events, I have come to learn the things that are just facts of life at this particular time in society; Elections are unfair fraudulent acts that only fulfill "legal obligations" to make it appear there is what many like to call democracy.

For instance the laws of government, [a legal fiction-corporation] can allow other corporations, [legally recognized as persons] to donate as much cash to a party or candidate as they want for both a tax write off and influence an election like giving one canidate an advantage over the other finacialy in exchange for things like lax environmental laws or say developing the "tournament capital".

"They" make it "legal" for people to serve repetitively  and for elected public servants to "Serve" in as many positions in government as they want, which obviously can be a conflict of interest that can easily lead to a biased view. this is simply unfair and the opposite of what most "think" democracy is.

Example; Incumbent Peter Milobar is currently Mayor of THE CITY OF KAMLOOPS, Director of KAMLOOPS TRANSIT, Director of TNRD, and Chair of TRHD., as well as President of his own Corporation, which may or may not get government grants or contracts. All of which Milobar receives payment for, though notice payment/income is not required to be disclosed.

Councilor Ken Christian, currently counselor of CITY OF KAMLOOPS seeking reelection, is also  director of TNRD as well as President of his own corporation KEN CHRISTIAN CONSULTING LTD, which again, may or may not receive grants or contracts from Government sources.  Often times when elected officials do retire from public service, they some how manage to land high paying influential positions such as  former Liberal MLA Kevin  Krueger who is now working for ICBC; clearly a conflict of interest and perversion of true democracy.

In reality its very very hard for the common man to get elected because of these challenges, and many more.  Another issue that is flawed by its design, is its hard to get who you are and what you stand for out to the masses especially when they increase advertising rates in local media. Public debates 'n local media releases are limited in their design as well, [two minutes to lay out your position is pathetic] even then its only a small number of people attending public debates who mostly are there supporting a candidate they have already chosen. When it comes to voting day, the majority of voters have no idea who the candidates are or what they stand for. Its no mistake the majority of people elected into positions are elected based on their jobs; often anyone with a history of working for government conveniently gets elected followed by business owners who have a vested interest in creating as much traffic flow through our city as possible, even if it means raising taxes. Understand often times these people's goal is to seek profit and power to control the direction  and volume of business. Its no mistake we live in the richest country in the world yet have a huge homeless count right here in Kamloops, food bank demand is growing everyday. this sick society is a result of government being infiltrated and directed to the society we have today; servants to corporations rather than people and community.

I myself am becoming more known among the electorate, anyone apposing scares the "establishment"; their actions define them, often attacking me and belittling me at every turn. make no mistake there is corruption within every level of government; Many of you remember the previous election in which I was arrested, thrown in jail and drug into court up on charges of driving without a dl, and obstruction of a peace officer during the campaign. I was publicly humiliated and had to bow out of the election.

However no one knows or remembers, 7 months later, I won my case in court, and the charges were thrown out. At that point I could have sued the officer's asses off, but I didn't want to harm them in the same way they harmed me. I was taught to forgive- its the law; so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I forgave them because I know most of them are good people doing a tough job, unfortunately often following bad orders, or get influenced poorly by their psychopathic employer-RCMP.[yet another legal fiction]

I explained this to government and gave them legal notice of my understanding of the law and ask them to deliver evidence to the contrary, or leave me alone; they did not provide any evidence and indeed had left me alone. During this time something incredible happened to prove to me that there are still good people in government. I sent legal notice to a number of high ranking public servants, most have obviously ignored my legal notice; but a few understand, and are not willing to enforce unconditional legislation or attack and terrorism certain individuals. The people of Kamloops witness something very rare; Kamloops RCMP police chief and superintendent Yves Lacas resigned his very high paying cushy job without notice. This goes to show two things, [many of know this as its been in the media] First; the corporation known as the ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE is a sick psychotic "person"/monster; Hierarchy RCMP commanders are corrupt egotistical devil worshiping power mongering bastards that use lower ranking RCMP members, [most of em good men] as their personal chess pieces in the ultimate chess game of life and liberty.
Second there are good men who refuse to take liability for the actions of Oligarchy assholes who order the enforcement of bully tactics and terrorizing of other wise good law abiding citizens with impunity. I salute Yves Lacass for his foresight and honour. For over two years I drove without impediment...until this year, with anew police chief that took quite a while to hand pick,  so now they have again assaulted me, falsified evidence, and filed false charges. I find it all to convenient that all this happens after the statute of limitations has run out for suing the officers to hold them accountable for the damage they did to me. Obviously its a repeat of last election in which they arrested me and drag my name through the mud and humiliate me some more to deter me from running in public elections. I have come to realize and experience firsthand, there is very little honour in today's "Establishment" I wouldn't put it past the actions of a few bad apples who's actions define them, they think they are immune and above the law, and they very well may be at this time and place with their buddies in high places protecting them; but they fail to understand that one day each of us is held accountable for our actions. Ezekiel 33:1-10

Elections are not democracy, they are a event used to gain control over you and I and every creature, plant, and even our air. We are conditioned to blindly follow bc of this event, we gladly tear apart our mother earth n sacrifice our time health and loved ones without question, most people don't understand that there comes a time when we must question, we must resist, we must fight the injustices; not with guns and violence, but with the tools at hand; love n law. law was never meant to be confusing intimidating or cost $500hr. there are many forms of law, many jurisdictions; tools at our disposal if we are willing to tinkle under the hood, dance with the devil, for the devil is in the details. I have chosen to sacrifice a little comfort and endure a little humility for a cause fought for long ago...justice, peace, love, and community.

I run in elections not bc I think I can win and change government, but bc it is a time and space in which everyone is watching, listening, and looking for answers. Things are getting bad at every level; our heath, cost of living, environment, freedom and liberties, we live in the richest country in the world yet life is a struggle for most of us; that's corruption and assholes taking advantage of all of us. That's not right and that's not what our forefathers fought and died for, so if we accept this bullshit, its as if they died in vain.  There is a reason lawyers n dignitaries were band from being in government under the original 13th amendment.

One who breaks an unjust law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for law.

They say we live in a democracy...what is a democracy other than a word....a word that can be redefined and misrepresented with the whisper of the word.
the "establishment" simply redefines words; word perversion to miss lead and re-present the meaning with out ones knowlege.

government has redefined democracy to mean that corporations can influence candidates and elections, that the Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth representatives no longer have any honour and are accountable to no one on earth; nomal to act above the law; lie cheat and steel, act in conflict of interest of each other; Lft Governor who was appointed by none other than the Liberal government who in turn is invited to rule and make legislation by the very same Lft Governor who then  the same Lft Governor passes all legislation without question or confirmation that said legislation is not unconstitutional; this type of "demon-crazy" has been going on since politics was invent and reinvented; little by little rightousnes is eaten away...each time leading to the same out come.

Still, the Establishment calls it democracy when BC fiberal leader Christy Clark failed to get elected in her riding, so she was immediately allowed to rerun in a bought and sold out to fiberal riding in which she was guaranteed a victory so she could claim her thrown as queen of democracy. They called her lies during the election to pay down the debt on the back of LNG democratic and fair, regaurdless most of the big corporations contributed to the BC fiberal party.

They call it democracy when Steven Harper/Hitler manipulated the elections to gain a majority government so he could gut the environmental laws, and manipulate the various codes acts and statutes that erode liberty, signing unconstitutional and unlawful contracts with corporations and countries in a fire-sale of the people's resources.

In reality Democracy is not a noun as they would have us believe, Democracy is a verb, its an idea, something that happens; embracing what is right and fair. Many notable men have defined democracy with their own words;

democracy; 1) A common system of government directed by the whims of mobs and marked by a low tolerance for basic human rights and common sense; primarily used to incrementally transition a government ruled by common law (Republic) to a government ruled by the political law of a few elite (Oligarchy).

1) Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!
~ attributed to Benjamin Franklin

2) Individuals get one vote - the ballot box. Considering a) most elections are stolen and b) the mainstream media - whose parent corporations financially contribute directly/indirectly to the campaigns of the major party system - exclude coverage of ALL viable candidates (Libertarians, Greens, Independents, Constitutional, Socialists, etc), the individual is mostly irrelevant.

3) Its two wolves and a sheep voting on what’s for dinner. Tonight’s menu is obvious and leftovers provide for tomorrow’s needs. Thereafter, what can the ravenous wolves do but eat each other.

4) Jeopardy answer: What is - How our country fell from liberty’s wings of justice and peace into the volcano of preferential treatment and war?

Every drinking class person in this country would stop screaming about his blisstard neighbors if the sacred golden cow called Democracy was slaughtered today and the Bill of Rights esteemed tomorrow. It will never happen because everyone in this country has bought a rug that faces DC and they pray five times a day to the Almighty G. “The Government saves us all. The Government saves us all … from personal responsibility. Praise my lord, my savior, my Government. Amen!”

The United States Constitution makes no mention of ‘Democracy.’ None!

“Under democracy one party always devotes its chief energies to trying to prove that the other party is unfit to rule—and both commonly succeed, and are right... The United States has never developed an aristocracy really disinterested or an intelligentsia really intelligent. Its history is simply a record of vacillations between two gangs of frauds.” - H.L. Mencken

“A democracy cannot survive as a permanent form of government. It can last only until its citizens discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority (who vote) will vote for those candidates promising the greatest benefits from the public purse, with the result that a democracy will always collapse from loose fiscal policies, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest democratic nations has been 200 years. Each has been through the following sequence:

From bondage to spiritual faith.
From faith to great courage.
From courage to liberty.
From liberty to abundance.
From abundance to complacency.
From complacency to selfishness.
From selfishness to apathy.
From apathy to dependency.
And from dependency back again into bondage.”
